Who we are
F.99 (FREE.99) is an independent art-driven research organization that annually curates exhibitions on the theme of international social improvement with artists around the world who care to engage in contemporary issues facing society today to create action that helps solve real world problems tomorrow.
Mission
Our mission is to influence and mobilize the local and global community through art and culture to help create practical solutions, elevate the role of artists in society and in doing so, create a link between artists who care deeply about relevant issues with those who make decisions.
What we do
F.99 employs art to research without any biases, creating new ways to benefit artists financially, conducts field research that engages in questioning and rethinking existing systems, constructs and paradigms. We maintain a sharp focus on how art can catalyze change through annually curated exhibitions, local missions and research reports on international social improvement.

Thus, we're calling all artists who are radical in spirit and willing to express their right to freedom of expression to the nth degree. We insist that you dive into these issues fearlessly as the above issues directly and indirectly effect each of us in one way or another. Take this international open call as an opportunity for Artists who operate outside the box and care deeply about relevant issues to take the global stage. We want to trigger ambitious action, peaceful solidarity and practical solutions around the UN mandate for their 75th anniversary. This special year is about creating the largest global conversation on the role of global cooperation in building the future we all want. We want to raise the role of Artists in society and create a vehicle for the artists we curate to be invited to take part in discussions on a local and global level about social, political, ecological and infrastructural issues through art.
Good luck to you all!
